That’s a great question, let me explain.

I am a travel planner and consultant. That means that I will help to research and make recommendations for YOUR ideal trip.

Your planning package is designed around what you (and your travel companions) are looking for. This can range from simply helping you research where to go and leaving the rest to you, to a day-by-day itinerary with recommendations of what to do, where to eat, and how to get there. 

To start, you’ll complete this questionnaire. Then, we’ll decide which package is right for you based on what you’re looking to get out of working with me. After you purchase your package, we’ll have an introductory info gathering meeting where I’ll ask you about every detail of your trip goals and your travel style. 

After that meeting, within a few weeks I’ll provide you with my recommendations. We’ll have a follow up meeting once I draft your itinerary, so you can ask questions and provide feedback. If need be, I’ll make some edits based on that feedback and send you any updates. 

Once you have an itinerary you feel good about, it’s in your hands!  I do not book any of these recommendations on your behalf, but I’ll provide you with everything you need to know about how to do so.

Not everyone loves the planning process as much as the trip itself (but I do!). As a travel planner, I’m here to help you plan the best trip possible for you. If the idea of researching and organizing your trip is overwhelming, I’ll help you figure out where to go, where to stay, what to do, and how to get it all set up. And it’s completely customizable based on your wants and needs.

When you’re ready to get started, you’ll fill out the intro questionnaire here. After we decide which package fits your goals and needs, I’ll create a custom checkout link just for you. After that, it’s ready… set… go!

If you book one of my standard packages, I will help you to research your destinations, accommodations, meals and activities. Add-ons are also available for additional services including flight research and specialty services such as decorations, swag, and group communications management.

While there is certainly overlap with my services and the services of a travel agent, the main difference is that I will not book things on your behalf. Instead, I’ll help you figure out what to book and provide detailed instructions on how to finalize that booking. This means that you’ll have all of your own booking data and complete control while on your trip! I’ll plan your trip like I would my own, and then hand you everything you need to know.

Additionally, traditional travel agents make their living off of commissions from booking with specific companies. I want to offer an unbiased approach to travel with recommendations that are personalized for you. If I ever offer you a sponsored recommendation, that will always be fully disclosed!
